豆種：紫葉卡杜拉（Purple Leaf Caturra)
卡杜拉（Caturra）的變種，葉片呈紫紅色，抗病性強，
果實密度高，風味更集中，通常帶有明顯莓果調性和高甜感。另外，西雙版納產區的土壤特性令咖啡豆帶有茶感、輕微香料尾韻。
處理：K72水洗
去果皮後帶黏液發酵72小時（分階段攪拌控溫），再清水沖洗晾曬。特點：增強酸質明亮度，產生更乾淨的柑橘風味，同時保留body的圓潤感。
