處理：紅蜜處理（Red Honey Process)
- 蜜處理（Honey Process）：去除咖啡櫻桃外皮，保留部分果膠（黏液層）進行乾燥，甜感介於水洗與日曬之間。
- 紅蜜（Red Honey）的特點：果膠保留程度：約50-75%（介於黃蜜與黑蜜之間）。乾燥時間：約10-15天，緩慢乾燥增強甜感與body。
風味影響：比黃蜜更飽滿，帶有熟水果、焦糖、紅酒調性，但比黑蜜更清爽。
