這款是豆爸在深圳咖啡展試完很喜歡的豆。磨粉香氣是經典的日曬埃塞調，柑橘，沒有明顯酵感。泡完後是果茶香，入口像連皮一起榨的橙汁，口感順滑。入口酸質明亮，有明顯的向上走的感覺。低溫出現一些茶感，整體很清爽，喝著很舒服的一款。
Rumudamo 是近幾年埃塞一炮而紅的小農生產商。過去幾年經它處理的咖啡豆都在COE (Cup of Excellence) 取得不錯的成績。
